Simple, and paid by the clinician.
Creating an account, checking in with a validated questionnaire and working through our guided self-help programmes are free. You only pay when you book a session with a clinician.
What a session costs
Each clinician sets their own fee, within a range for their qualification. You see the exact price on their profile before you book, and that is the whole amount — there is no booking fee, no platform fee and no subscription.

What we charge clinicians
askhelia takes 10% of the session fee from the clinician. That covers verification, scheduling, secure video, clinical records and payment handling. On a ₹2,000 session the clinician receives ₹1,800 and we receive ₹200.
There is no joining fee, no monthly charge and no minimum. A clinician who takes no sessions pays nothing.
Payment and refunds
Sessions are paid for when you book, so the time is held for you. If you need to cancel, our cancellation and refund policy sets out exactly what comes back to you.
Taxes
Prices are shown in Indian rupees. Any applicable taxes are shown before you confirm payment.
